Anil Sivadas, President
Mr. Sivadas is a visionary, bringing exceptional leadership skills and strategic direction to Enventure. He has served as president since the company’s 1997 founding, prior to which he was a senior management executive with a Billion-dollar consumer electronics company. Before his many years in the field of manufacturing, R&D, and sales, Mr. Sivadas earned a bachelor’s degree in electronics engineering, and a master's degree in marketing.

Mr. Sivadas is an avid traveler, and ardently admires different cultures.

Kiran Sivadas, EVP - Business Development
Mr. Sivadas brings to Enventure a wealth of knowledge in executive management, expanding markets, innovative solutions, and building and managing a customer base. Since joining in 1998, he has led the company’s growth by introducing innovative services, developing go-to-market strategies and expanding Enventure’s global footprint  - all of which contributed to Enventure’s success in various business areas and different markets.

Mr. Sivadas is primarily responsible for global sales and marketing of Enventure's services, through the company's sales offices and strategic partners across North America, Europe and Asia-pacific. He holds a master’s degree in business administration, specialized in sales and marketing.

His interests include music, travel and motor sports.

V. Gangadharan, Chief Financial Officer
With experience spanning a variety of industries and services, Mr. Gangadharan’s core competencies lie in financial accounting and Management Information Systems (MIS). Mr. Gangadharan is also responsible for the administration function of the Portsmouth, NH office.

Before joining Enventure, Mr. Gangadharan served in a similar capacity at global organizations in India, as well as other parts of the world.

K.S. Ravikumar, VP – Content Management Services
Mr. Ravikumar heads the delivery of Enventure’s Content Services, including component engineering, MRO data services and Product Information Management. He brings 17 years of experience to the job, a large part of which he spent at i2 Technologies. In earlier roles, Mr. Ravikumar grew and managed million dollar data services businesses.

His educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in electronics, and a master’s degree in manufacturing systems from the University of Warick, U.K.

Wilfred Fernandes, VP – Engineering Services
Mr. Fernandes heads the Engineering Services Group at Enventure, with specific responsibility for delivery management, customer satisfaction and process development / implementation. He has over 20 years of experience in different functional areas like Manufacturing, R&D, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Development and Management, having worked in different divisions of a $1 Billion Electronics giant prior to joining Enventure. One of his key strengths is setting up outsourcing processes for new customers and continually working with them to improve on them to ensure customer expectations are always met.

Mr. Fernandes holds a bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from REC, Surathkal, and a Manufacturing Management degree from IIM, Bangalore. Mr. Fernandes has music & trekking close to his heart.

Saijee Rao, Subject Matter Expert – Content Management
Mr. Rao serves as Enventure’s subject matter expert in the field of content management and data services. He brings 25+ years of work experience in the fields of design, development, engineering management, mentoring, product development and production. Additionally, he has expertise and experience managing supply chain business processes, leading creative design/development teams and optimizing direct / indirect material inventories.

Mr. Rao was associated with India's largest utility systems manufacturing company, Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd., for more than 16 years. There, his primary responsibilities were product design, component engineering, technology transfers and obsolescence management, which featured technology partnerships with such well-known companies as ABB, Siemens, and General Electric.

Mr. Saijee Rao holds a bachelor's degree in electronics and communications engineering from Andhra University, India, and a master's degree in electrical engineering from North Carolina State University, USA.

Nirmala Dinesh, VP – Operations
Ms. Dinesh is head of operations for the Software Services business unit at Enventure. Before joining Enventure, Ms. Dinesh was the CEO of a leading software solutions company in India, where she successfully guided the company for four years with strategic direction and vision. Prior to that, Ms. Dinesh spent six years at a Malaysian company, where she served as the Head of Quality Assurance and EDP.  Her in-depth knowledge of the Information Technology space, bundled with her experience in international markets, makes her an asset to the Enventure team.

Ms. Dinesh holds a post-graduate degree in quality management and computer applications, and a masters in marketing and MIS. Ms. Dinesh is also an empanelled faculty for management and IT seminars.

Unni K Mecheeri, Senior Manager - Business Development
Mr. Mecheeri is responsible for the company's new services development and sales. Since joining Enventure in 2000, he has developed a comprehensive understanding of the engineering, content and software services markets in the US and Europe. Mr. Mecheeri’s primary responsibilities are in the areas of developing new service lines, evolving go to market strategies and launching the services in target markets.  Mr. Mecheeri is also responsible for managing the sales operations at Enventure.

Mr. Mecheeri holds a master's degree in management, specialized in marketing and finance.
